| John H. Marsden is the Senior Pastor at Calvary Church, Prestatyn, North Wales for 20 years. His ministry is inspirational and pastoral with an ability to bring the Word of God to life with practical application to every day living.
John has an Associate Degree in Theology and Biblical counselling plus qualifications in administration and in advice and guidance. His ministry reaches out to leaders in North Wales, and the Greater Manchester area. He arranges seminars and conferences to strengthen and encourage people. John is an encourager who enables people to reach their potential and is very much a "people person."
His passion for a deeper relationship with God and for people, has caused him to be a "father" to many. The supernatural power and manifestation of God's presence is a deep desire within his heart and those who touch his life know the goodness of the Lord and his power. John is married to Margaret and they are celebrating their 34th wedding anniversary in September 2008. They have four children: Philip who is married to Nicky, Helen married to Paul, John married to Bek and Richard engaged to Diane. So far have six grandchildren: Samuel, Jack, Amy, Joel, Fraser and Katy
As a local pastor he is committed to seeing the church impact the local community and serves on the board of the Council of Churches and as a governor at Bodnant Infants School.
